Mytreya offers holistic wellness services, including Counseling, Couple Legal Consulting, Yoga, Nutrition, and Image Consulting. Our services are customized to meet the individual needs of each client and delivered by certified professionals.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Clients may choose from various consultation packages tailored to their specific needs. Each package will include a detailed outline of services, pricing, and duration.
All information shared during consultations will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law or for the safety of the individual or others.
Clients are required to schedule sessions in advance. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled by giving at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within less than 24 hours or no-shows may incur a fee.
All payments must be made upfront before the services commence. We accept multiple payment methods as listed on our website. No services will be rendered until payment is confirmed.
The services offered by Mytreya are meant for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about your physical or mental health.
The outcomes of the services provided depend on individual participation and commitment. While Mytreya provides guidance and support, we do not guarantee specific results.
All materials provided by Mytreya, including logos, images, content, and program materials, are the intellectual property of Mytreya and cannot be used without permission.
Mytreya reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
At Mytreya, we strive for client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with our services, we offer the following refund policy:
- If you have attended two paid sessions and are unhappy with the progress or transformation, you are eligible to request a refund.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days after the second session.
- 100% refund will be provided under these conditions if the request is submitted according to the guidelines outlined.
- To request a refund, email support@mytreya.com with the subject line “Refund Request” along with your session details and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
- Once the request is received, we will review your case within 10 working days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
- Refunds are only applicable if you have completed two paid sessions.
- No refunds will be granted for sessions that have been partially attended or if the dissatisfaction stems from reasons beyond Mytreya’s control (for example, failure to follow recommendations, external factors).
- If you have purchased a full package and are requesting a refund after two sessions, only the sessions not yet conducted will be refunded, minus administrative fees.
The refund policy does not apply to webinars, one-off consultations, or discounted promotional packages.
Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions with a 24-hour notice. Cancellation made after 24 hours or no-shows will not be refunded.
In case of any disputes related to refunds, clients agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith discussions with Mytreya. If the issue cannot be resolved, the jurisdiction for legal disputes will be in Bangalore, where the company is incorporated.
